ABOUT ERIC

Hey, I’m Eric. Creativity, for me, has always been a way to process the world, not preserve it.

It's been the driving force in my life since before I can remember (I have the baby picture to prove it). Professionally, I spent 15 years working in human-centered design, helping organizations solve problems and build better systems. But art was always there too. Mostly quiet. Mostly personal. Mostly just therapy for me.

That changed in 2019 when I stumbled into the early cryptoart space, a strange and quiet corner of the internet where it felt safe to experiment with art and tech. I had no idea what would come next, but stepping into that space confirmed something I had always felt. Intuitively, I knew what I wanted to do, even if I wasn’t ready to say it out loud yet.

This time, I wasn’t designing for others or studying systems from the outside. I was in it, creating, experimenting, using emerging technology as a medium. I was learning about IP law. I started art movements, invented protocols, and found my voice as a creator and an advocate. I made a lot of money. I lost even more. But the more I created, and the more I shared my story about being neurodivergent, introverted, and living with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, the more I started to understand who I really was and how to move through the world. And not only that, I found my tribe.

I fell in love with the blend of art, culture, and emerging technology. Over time, I realized what interests me most isn’t the tech itself but what it reveals about us. What it carries forward. What it leaves behind. What traces it makes visible. Emotion. Memory. Ephemera. Meaning. Cultural residue. The stuff that slips through if you don’t name it. I was reminded once again, how drawn I am to the transdisciplinary connections between the symbol as metaphor, structure, and proportion.

Right now, I’m building an experimental art system on Ethereum that encodes emotion into visual and structural form. I’m also finishing a master’s degree at Rutgers, where I study how tools like AI and blockchain are reshaping creative labor and cultural memory.

This journey over the last six years hasn’t just been about artistic expression. It’s been about reclaiming my dreams, owning my story, and building a life that feels undeniably mine, on my terms, no compromises.

I live in New Jersey with my dog, Bailey. If you’re experimenting with new ways to make, think, or feel, we might have a lot to talk about.
